Painted Turtle
This shot was not as easy as you might think because in bright sun it can sometimes be difficult to get detail without getting areas where the highlights are blown out (i.e. no pixels to print). I think I was also stepping on my dog's extend-a-leash so I could take it, exponentially increasing the difficulty! But as luck would have it a little blue gill swam right through the turtle's shadow instantly making it one of my favorites!
